We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.

User Responsibilities

By using Site Blocker, you agree to:

  • Use the Extension only for its intended purpose of managing your own browsing habits
  • Not use the Extension to interfere with or disrupt other software, services, or systems
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security features of the Extension
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the Extension

Availability & Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Updates may be delivered automatically through the Chrome Web Store.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Site Blocker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Extension.

Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Site Blocker. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. The Site Blocker name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Extension for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all locally stored data will be removed when you uninstall the Extension.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
